24/7 AI Voice Agent

A voice that answers when you can't: handles questions, qualifies, books jobs and sends you the summary in 60 seconds.

A missed call at eight at night is a job you just gave to your competitor. This voice picks up on the first ring, every day, no vacations, no bad moods, no salary.

Who it’s for

  • You lose calls after hours, on weekends, or while you're on a job.
  • You pay for a human answering service and it costs more than it's worth.
  • Your team loses hours to spam calls and salespeople.
  • You get call spikes that overwhelm the line.

Not for you if

  • Your sale requires a long, complex consultative conversation from the first contact.
  • Your volume is under 30 calls a month.

Exactly what’s included

The voice
  • Natural voice in Spanish and English, switches language if the caller does.
  • Latency under 800 milliseconds: sounds like a conversation, not a phone menu.
  • Handles interruptions. If the caller talks over it, the agent stops and listens, like a person.
  • Custom personality, name and script.
What it does
  • Answers questions: services, coverage areas, hours, ballpark pricing, payment methods, warranties.
  • Qualifies: name, phone, address, problem description and urgency.
  • Books appointments on your calendar with real availability.
  • Reschedules, confirms and cancels.
  • Transfers to a live human when the case calls for it or the caller asks.
  • Takes a message and sends you the summary by SMS, email and CRM in under 60 seconds.
  • Detects emergencies by keyword and escalates them straight to your cell phone.
  • Filters spam and sales calls. This alone recovers hours of your week.
Escalation chain
  • The caller can ask for a human at any point; the agent transfers the call live, no pushback, no runaround.
  • If nobody picks up, the call escalates on its own to the next person in your chain: rep → supervisor → manager → owner or whoever's ultimately in charge, one at a time, until someone answers.
  • You define the order, the numbers, and how many rings to wait at each level before jumping to the next.
  • The last link (usually the owner or whoever's in charge) always answers as the final safety net: no call ever goes unanswered.
Ways to use it
  • Primary 24/7 answering line.
  • After-hours only, nights and weekends.
  • Overflow: kicks in when your team doesn't answer within 3 rings.
  • Outbound: calls a new lead within 60 seconds of a form submission, confirms appointments and reactivates your database.
Logging & control
  • Recording and transcription of every call.
  • Automatic summary with key data and next step.
  • Everything lands in the CRM tagged by service, area and urgency.
  • Dashboard with volume, duration, outcome and cost per call.
Guardrails
  • Recording disclosure at the start. Florida is a two-party consent state (Fla. Stat. §934.03): without that notice there's real legal exposure.
  • AI disclosure at the start of the call.
  • The agent never gives closed-door pricing, medical diagnoses, or legal or financial advice.
  • Time-window compliance on outbound calls.
  • Never takes, repeats or stores credit card data.

Number configured, contingency plan and team training.
18-25 days. It's the most delicate of the seven services, and we don't rush it.

What we need from you

  • A decision on the number: new, ported, or forwarded from your current one.
  • Access to your calendar.
  • Clear rules: what counts as an emergency, who gets transfers, what prices can be mentioned and which can't.
  • Recordings of real calls or a detailed description of the most common ones.
  • A cell phone to receive escalations.

What’s NOT included

  • Minutes beyond the plan. Direct pass-through.
  • Taking payments over the phone. We never do this, under any configuration.
  • Specialized technical support for your customers.
  • Cold outbound calls to purchased lists. It's illegal and we don't do it.
  • Number portability when the losing carrier blocks it.

Third-party costs (paid to the provider, no markup from us)

Minutes ~$0.09-0.20 (voice, telephony and model combined) · Number $1-2/mo · Transcription included.

Questions we always get

Does it sound like a robot?
It sounds like a person with a neutral accent. The real proof: most callers don't ask. We tell them anyway, up front, because transparency protects you.
What if the customer wants to talk to a person?
It transfers live to whatever number you set. If they don't pick up, it automatically escalates to the next person in your chain (supervisor, then manager, then whoever you mark as the final backup) until someone answers. Only if nobody in the whole chain picks up does it take a message and send you the summary instantly.
Does it replace my receptionist?
Depends on you. Most of our clients don't replace her — it frees her from the noise so she can focus on closing and serving existing customers. We'll tell you honestly what makes sense for your case.
What happens if the system goes down?
There's a contingency plan: the call automatically forwards to your real number. A call is never lost to a technical outage.
