Automated follow-up: SMS & email

Every missed call gets a text back in under 30 seconds. Every quote gets a follow-up. Automatic, in English and Spanish.

Between 40% and 60% of calls to a local business go unanswered. Every one of those is a customer who, thirty seconds later, is calling your competitor. This system exists so that stops happening.

Who it’s for

  • You get calls you can't get to.
  • You send quotes and many go unanswered with no follow-up.
  • You have a base of old customers you haven't touched again. That's dormant money.
  • You deal with no-shows on appointments.

Not for you if

  • You get fewer than 20 contacts a month. The system doesn't pay for itself yet.
  • You don't have a single contact documented anywhere.

Exactly what’s included

Instant response
  • Missed-call text-back: a missed call triggers an SMS in under 30 seconds, in the contact's language.
  • Automatic response to forms in under 60 seconds.
  • Confirmation with a clear response-time expectation. This alone measurably lowers abandonment.
Follow-up sequences
  • New lead: 7 touches over 14 days, SMS and email, at human hours with copy that doesn't read like a bot.
  • Quote sent, no response: 5 touches over 10 days with different angles.
  • Appointment booked: reminders at 24 hours, 3 hours and 1 hour. Cuts no-shows by 40% to 60%.
  • Post-service: thank-you and Google review request at peak satisfaction.
  • Database reactivation: campaign to old customers. Usually pays for the entire setup in the first week.
  • Seasonal: annual or seasonal maintenance reminder.
  • Quote abandoned on the site.
Email
  • Branded templates in Spanish and English.
  • Domain authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Without this, everything lands in spam and nobody tells you.
  • Domain warm-up if the email is new.
  • Optional monthly newsletter to your base.
Compliance (real armor, not filler)
  • A2P 10DLC registration with the carriers. It's mandatory in the US; without it your SMS get blocked or silently filtered.
  • Correct consent language on every form (TCPA).
  • Automatic handling of STOP, unsubscribe and a permanent suppression list.
  • Timestamped, source-logged consent records, in case anyone ever files a complaint.
  • Time windows: nothing sends outside 8am-9pm in the contact's local time.
Measurement
  • Delivery, opens, replies and booked appointments per sequence.
  • Attribution: which sequence generated which job and how much money.

How setup works, step by step

Day 1-2
Mapping
We map your real sales process and define the triggers. We almost always find 2 or 3 leaks nobody had spotted.
Day 2-5
A2P 10DLC registration
Filing with the carriers. Approval takes 3 to 10 business days and is the project's bottleneck. We start it day one.
Day 3-7
Copy & authentication
All messages in ES/EN, plus domain SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Day 7-10
Build
Flows built and tested internally with real numbers and inboxes.
Day 10-12
Pilot
Runs on real leads under supervision. We adjust timing and copy based on how your market responds.
Day 12-14
Activation
Full go-live and team training to handle incoming replies.
10-14 business days. The timeline depends on 10DLC approval, which we don't control.

What we need from you

  • Your main number and a decision: port it, or use a new one with forwarding.
  • Legal details for 10DLC registration: EIN, exact legal business name, physical address and website.
  • DNS access to your domain to authenticate email.
  • Your current sales process, even if it only exists in your head.
  • Your old customer base in any format: Excel, phone contacts, a notebook. We'll clean it up.

What’s NOT included

  • Cost per message. Direct pass-through, no markup from us.
  • Sends to purchased lists or contacts without consent. We don't do it. TCPA exposure runs $500 to $1,500 per message, and the lawsuit lands on you, not us.
  • Content restricted by carriers (loans, cannabis, gambling, crypto) without a prior feasibility review.
  • Human phone support for your customers.

Third-party costs (paid to the provider, no markup from us)

SMS ~$0.008-0.015 per segment plus carrier fee · 10DLC registration ~$4-44 one-time and $2-10/mo per campaign · Local number $1-2/mo · Email $0.10-1 per 1,000 sends.

Questions we always get

Doesn't this annoy people?
A generic message to someone who never opted in is annoying. A text within 30 seconds after THEY called you isn't — it's what they were expecting. Response rates confirm it.
What if a customer replies to the text?
The reply lands in the CRM's unified inbox and your team answers from there. It can also connect to the AI agent from service 04 to answer on its own.
Why is 10DLC registration so slow?
Because carriers control it, not us or the platform. It's been the rule of the game in the US since 2021. Anyone sending bulk SMS without registering is one step from getting their number blocked.
