Web & mobile apps

An app built around your operation: client portal, booking, orders, payments or internal tools. Web and mobile, in two languages.

When the business grows, templates fall short. Your own app does exactly what your operation needs: your rules, your flows and your data, in your team's and your customers' pocket.

Who it’s for

  • Your team lives copying data between spreadsheets, chats and paper.
  • Your customers want to book, get quotes or pay from their phone, and today everything goes through calls.
  • You have a process no off-the-shelf software understands, and you've already tried two or three.
  • Your site, ads and CRM are already running, and the next bottleneck is a tool of your own.

Not for you if

  • You don't have recurring customers or a stable process yet. First we get the operation in order (services 01 to 06), then we build software on top of it. We'll tell you straight.
  • You want to clone a big app "but cheaper". A good first version focuses on one problem, not a hundred.

Exactly what’s included

Discovery & design
  • Mapping session on the real process the app will solve.
  • Clickable prototype to validate the flow before any code is written.
  • Interface design aligned with your brand, in English and Spanish.
Build
  • Web app, mobile app or both, depending on where your users are.
  • Your own database and an admin panel for your team.
  • Integrations with what you already use: your CRM, payments, calendars, WhatsApp.
  • Roles and permissions per user type.
Launch & support
  • Publishing: your own domain for web and, if it applies, the Apple and Google stores.
  • Stabilization period with fixes included.

How setup works, step by step

Phase 1
Mapping & scope
We define the problem, the users and what goes into the first version. The fixed price and timeline come out of this, in writing.
Phase 2
Prototype
A clickable demo of the key screens. You approve the flow before any code exists.
Phase 3
Build
Development with partial deliveries you can test from your phone.
Phase 4
Testing & launch
Testing with real users, publishing and team training.
Phase 5
Stabilization
Fixes and adjustments based on real usage. No app is perfect on day one.
The timeline depends on scope. It's set together with the price, in writing, during the mapping phase.

What we need from you

  • One person on your side who can decide and answer process questions.
  • Access to the tools the app needs to connect to.
  • Your logo and colors, if you have them.
  • Feedback on every partial delivery. Your app moves at the speed of your answers.

What’s NOT included

  • Third-party licenses: store developer accounts, payment gateways, messaging services.
  • Ongoing feature work without a support plan. Quoted separately.
  • Data migration from legacy systems. Evaluated case by case.

Third-party costs (paid to the provider, no markup from us)

Apple and Google developer accounts if it goes to the stores · Payment gateway · Hosting and database sized to your app.

Questions we always get

Web app or store app? Which one do I need?
It depends on where your users are. A web app runs on any phone with no app stores involved and updates instantly. The stores are worth it when you need push notifications, offline use or a presence on the App Store and Google Play. We decide with your real case, not a general rule.
Why don't you publish a price?
Because an app is quoted by scope. Two apps that sound the same can cost very different things depending on integrations, roles and volume. What is fixed: the price is locked in writing before we start and doesn't change if the scope doesn't change.
Who owns the code in the end?
You do. We hand over the source code and the accounts in your name. If one day you want to continue with another team, you take everything with you. No hostages.
